Please check out our FAQ below, which hopefully answers many of your questions. If you still have questions, feel free to ask.

What are your business hours?

We ship packages and return emails Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). We are closed Saturday and Sundays and all major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we're back.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days if you have any issues with your product. We can offer an exchange, replacement or refund.

Where can I find your products locally?

If you are in the Central Florida area, you can find our products at Dr. Fasano’s veterinary clinic, Animal Healing Solutions at 1117 E. Altamonte Dr. Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.

Are your PawromaTherapy products safe for my dog or cat to lick?

All of our handcrafted PawromaTherapy products are safe for your pets to lick. They are made with a unique combination of aloe, herbs and essential oils that Dr. Fasano has used in her clinical veterinary practice for over 20 years that have been shown to be safe for pets and also very effective.

Are your products organic?

We use organic ingredients in our handcrafted PawromaTherapy products whenever we are able. All of our essential oils and some of our herbs are certified organic. Most of our other ingredients are sourced from organically-grown farms.

How do I order wholesale?

All of our handcrafted PawromaTherapy products are available for wholesale purchase. Please contact us here for more information.
